After School Care (Wombats)

Children can enjoy playing games, socialising, art & craft activities and even homework! We also provide a small snack and drink to keep them going until dinner time.

Age group is from Year 1 – Year 6

Important! Prices are changing:

Breakfast Club half termly fees will increase from £20 to £25 (this remains less that £1 per day.) Provision for wraparound care from 7:00am to 7:30am will remain at the current £3 per session. (For your information, the average cost for 1-hour breakfast club provision in slough is £5 per daily session, so our fees are still very reasonable.

Willow Wombats:

The fees and booking systems are changing. From Monday 5th June, there will no longer be half termly fees to pay. Instead, in order to secure your place, you will need book each session separately. If you do not book your slot, your child will not be able to attend and you will be charged a late fee (see below).

*Payments for sessions until 4:00pm will be taken in the form of a £2.00 daily charge via ParentPay upon booking. *Payments for session after 4:00pm will increase from £4 to £5. This will cover the increased costs of staffing and food.

*Late fees will be charged £5.00 for every 15 minutes past your booked timeslot or if no timeslot has been booked.

(For your information, the average cost for after school club provision in Slough is £5 per session before 4pm and £7 per session after 4pm totalling at least £12 per day. Our fees remain significantly lower than the average Slough School.

We also have Mini Wombats for Nursey and Reception which runs until 5.00pm.

Please note that spaces are limited. You will be contacted by the Wombats manager to confirm your place prior to your child attending Wombat’s club. If there are no spaces available you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
