Marish Academy Trust is introducing slightly adjusted fees for school lunches and wraparound care, effective from 1st September 2026.
While the Trust always strives to keep childcare and school meals as affordable as possible, rising food and staffing costs mean these services have recently been running at a loss. To protect the quality of our provision, small price increases are now necessary. Even with these updates, our fees remain well below the national average.
The updated pricing structure is as follows:
- School Lunch: £2.40 per day (booked in advance via ParentPay).
- Breakfast Club (After 7:30am): £1.20 per day.
- Early Breakfast Care (7:00am–7:30am): Remains unchanged at £3.30 per session.
- Willow Wombats (Until 4:00pm): £2.40 daily charge.
- Willow Wombats (After 4:00pm): An additional £6.00 charge.
- Late & Unbooked Fees: £5.00 for every 15 minutes past a booked slot, or if a child attends without a prior booking. Please note that advance booking is essential for your child to attend.
How Families Can Help Us Keep Costs Down
We view our relationship with parents and carers as a true partnership. You can help us manage school resources effectively by paying promptly in advance, and by applying for Free School Meals or Pupil Premium if you are eligible, as new criteria are opening up this September.

If your child is ill and absent from school, you need to tell us through
